This VINTAGE CAMEO PENDANT/PIN is very delicate. I believe this CAMEO is HAND CARVED SHELL but I CAN NOT be 100% sure ( you decide ). The Cameo is set in HANDCRAFTED SILVER STAMPED " 800 " ( see photos for sizes & details ) The "shell " is a darker shade than most of my larger CAMEO BROOCHES with the actual carved face being VERY LIGHT.
